๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ The Help, by Kathryn Stockett

All of the hype surrounding this book is SO WELL-DESERVED!!! It was absolutely heart-warming and gratifying. The characters were so well-developed and endearing that I felt as though they were personal friends by the end. I literally cheered out loud during this story several times, and cried both tears of joy and sadness. I am absolutely amazed that this was Stockett's first novel... what an astonishing accomplishment. I have recommended this book over and over without reservation. The prose is effortless, the dialect of the different southerners is outstanding, and it is one of my most cherished books.
