๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ Labor Day, by Joyce Maynard

This book is best described as short and sweet. From the get-go, the author wastes no time in trivial details. I’ll admit that the premise certainly required willing suspension of disbelief; however, the implausibility was easily overlooked with a quick-paced, thought-provoking story-line.

As often expected from a book of this genre (and length), it was rather predictable, but I would recommend it for an easy summer read. In all honesty, I do think the story had the potential to be so much more, but I can’t say it was a disappointment, because I truly did enjoy it.
