๐ถ๐ถ๐ถ The Whipping Boy, by Sid Fleischman
This was an amusing and engaging Newberry Award Winner. The story certainly keeps young readers interested. Mr. Fleischman does a good job of setting the scene and immersing the children in the language of the time. The novel also evoked excellent discussion on several moral issues.
