๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ Atomic Marriage, by Curtis Sittenfeld

Atomic Marriage

It must be difficult to write a vignette that is both engaging and intelligent. Add to that a bit of irony, and it is a tall order for a short story. However, Curtis Sittenfeld certainly exceeded my expectations. The reader is able to get a good sense of both Heather and Brock's personal struggles in a short time. Of course, it goes without saying that Diane Lane doesn't disappoint as the narrator. One word of caution: keep in mind that short stories are often not fully resolved, so this may frustrate some readers.
