This book took such an unexpected turn that I would’ve never seen it coming; I was seriously blown away! Huge shoutout to @marisakashino for absolutely killing it with your debut novel (no pun intended)!πππ
The characters were so surprisingly nuanced that I was completely enthralled from the beginning. And the story itself was so simple, yet so well-developed. Bravo Ms. Kashino!
I don’t usually gravitate towards psychological thrillers, but this one is a game-changer. I can absolutely see it being adapted into a film someday. And I wish I could share more without spoiling the plot, but if you enjoy twists that turn everything you thought you knew upside down, this is the one for you!
