๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ The Bridge of San Luis Rey, by Thornton Wilder

Wilder writes with such grace, that one can't help but be drawn into his writing. He wastes no words in this short, but sweet novel. Though the story offers little resolution to the age old question regarding the meaning of life, still one is left contemplative. Although the tale is certainly bleak, and I would not recommend it to those seeking enlightenment, it does have a depth that one cannot deny.
