๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ Heft, by Liz Moore

This was a sweet story of missed opportunities and second chances, a true tale of redemption. The title of the book was so appropriate; not only was there the most obvious form of heft in Arthur, but all of the central characters had different forms of “heft” to bear in their lives.

I would’ve loved development of the relationship between Arthur & Kel, and was somewhat disappointed at the end, though I can appreciate the author’s decision to leave it to the imagination.

It was such a unique narrative, and I was really glad that I listened to it as an audible book. Keith Szarabajka was a magnificent narrator as Arthur! His grasp of accents was just amazing and he made it so enjoyable to listen to. I also liked the contrast with Kirby Heyborne narrating Kel’s voice.

Overall, it was truly an enjoyable read.
