๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ Take Me with You, by Catherine Ryan Hyde

I suppose I should’ve learned from the first novel I read by Ms. Hyde, When I Found You. However, those darn Audible deals get me every time! The description just sounded so promising, and the reviews were so high, I figured there was no reason not to give it a try.

The writing style was very similar to her other novel, which in short, was nothing remarkable, but nothing terrible either. Unfortunately, the storyline was a bit foolish, the characters were uninteresting, and the plot was rather drab. I think its saving grace is that I read it on the heels of a novel I absolutely detested, so this bumped my rating up a bit. I never felt inclined to stay up late to read it, nor did I ever think I should drop it completely, so it was truly a mid-range read.
