Although this book kept me guessing on the outcome, the premise was somewhat frustrating. This was just a spoiled lady who was eternally ungrateful... one of those "grass is always greener" characters that make me crazy!  Her constant need to know "what could've been" was frustrating to me, as was her willingness to give a former boyfriend another "go-round" even if it meant giving up her daughter in her new life!  However, due to Jillian's immaturity, it truly made me more appreciative for the blessings in my own life. I've been slowly learning the art of suspending reality for works of fiction, but it was really a task for me to believe that she would just meld back into this alternate life so easily.  Despite the aforementioned frustrations, it was actually quite well-written, and even had a few interesting twists!
