This is an important read for any parent. I learned so much about the links between vitamin/mineral deficiencies and behavioral/physical problems. I was actually able to discover the cause of two of my boys' issues that the Doctors continually dismissed. It's a bit difficult to use as a reference book simply because of the way the book is laid out. In order to glean all the important details, I would recommend a cover-to-cover read.
