There's just something about the soothing voice of this legend - whether he's singing some of his most iconic music, or simply telling a story, James Taylor will always hold a special place in the heart of millions. This artistic memoir is both shocking and heartbreaking. I knew Mr. Taylor struggled with addiction, but I had no idea the extent to which he suffered. His music came from such a place of pain, which explains the deep emotion he elicits. I will never listen to his music the same way again now that I have an even deeper appreciation for its authenticity.
