Awkward is a sweet novel with a lot of heart. Gurpreet Kaur has written a book that will appeal to the junior high school age group and will have them giggling and commiserating right along with the protagonist. Though, I must admit, even as an adult, I thought it was cute! I will definitely share this one with my sons!
