๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ: The Endless Vessel, by Charles Soule

The Endless Vessel
I'm a sucker for a good dystopian novel, and honestly, not a massive fan of sci-fi. Luckily, fans of both genres will be entertained with this one-of-a-kind book.

The world has morphed into an abysmal planet, and a malady has begun taking over the entire human race, rendering them incapable of leading a life with any meaning. In the midst of the chaos, Lily, a brilliant scientist, attempts to continue her efforts in creating a life of substance in a world gone awry.
Then she stumbles upon something that changes the trajectory of her life, and maybe others' as well.

The story was intriguing and moved at a quick clip. I appreciated the historical references in the beginning. The ship was a cool concept - Waterworld vibes with brilliant scientists instead of Drifters and Team Joy Joy recruits instead of Smokers. I appreciated the core concept - how to find true happiness, despite the surrounding yuck. Though I must admit, the ending seemed a bit rushed after so much was invested in the storyline. But was it worth my time? Absolutely๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ!

Thank you Bibliolifestyle & Harper Perennial for sharing this unique novel!
