With an honorable career that has spanned decades, Dan Rather has become a pillar of hope in our great nation. Mr. Rather's no-nonsense, yet compassionate attitude, lent this memoir a sense of optimism that may have been lost in this current political climate. Pairing some non-partisan views, along with sensical ideals, Mr. Rather brings dignity back to our American dream, and allows us to realize that indeed, it is with endurance and positive action, that we will once again regain our feeling of unity in this great nation.
